Machines & licensing
Your stone factory, ready to run.
Become our production partner. A digital fabrication process made for you or in ready-made container, with the software, the material and designs to print in your region.
For prefabricators, stone factories and quarries
What you get
Everything included
Not only the tools, but also what to do with them.

The machine
Built around your parts, your output and your space. Its size, its printheads and its layout follow your production, not a catalogue.

The software
Ready to use. Print the pieces of our store's catalogue, or any 3D geometry you bring, with no modelling and no R&D of your own.

The material
We supply the mix. If you have quarry fines or crushed rubble of your own, we work out a mix for it.

The designs
A licence to produce the pieces of our store in your region, so your machine has work and buyers from the start.
Two ways to partner
A process made for you, or one ready to go

A custom process
A 3DSP process designed around your production, in your own hall.
- Designed and built for your parts, your output and your space
- Delivered, set up and your team trained
- The software, the material and our assistance

A ready-made container
A container unit on your site, at your quarry, your yard or in your city.
- The printer and the robot that polishes, in one container
- The software, the material and our assistance
- Printing from what is already there, close to where it is used

What can be tailored?
The build size, the material it prints, the printheads for your output, and how it is housed, in your hall or in a container.
Can I buy the machine?
No. Our partners lease it, so we keep it up to date and running with you.
What comes with a partnership?
The machine, made for your hall or in a container with the polishing robot, the software, the material and our assistance.
Do I need designers or 3D models?
No. You can print the pieces of our store's catalogue, and the software takes any 3D geometry you bring.
Which materials can it print?
Coarse mineral aggregate. So far marble, granite, limestone and sandstone, brick dust and recycled concrete. We supply the mix, or work one out for your own material.
What does the licence to print store pieces mean?
You produce pieces of our store's collections for buyers in your region. We agree the details with you.
Can I license your technology on its own?
Talk to us. We can discuss licences for parts of our technology.
How much space does it need?
A container unit stands outdoors, summer and winter. A custom process is sized to the space in your hall.
How strong are the parts?
37 MPa mean compressive strength in an independent accredited test, with no strength loss after freeze–thaw.
Ready to run your own stone factory?
Tell us what you make, in what material and in what volume. We reply within a few working days.
