Hosting

This site consists of static files delivered by Cloudflare, Inc. Videos are served from the same provider. To deliver the site and protect it from abuse, Cloudflare processes technical access data: IP address, time of the request, requested page, and browser type. Cloudflare operates a global network, so this data may be processed outside Switzerland and the EU, including in the United States.

Cookies and analytics

We use PostHog (PostHog Inc., data stored in the EU) to understand how the site and the store are used. Until you choose in the cookie banner, PostHog sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser: it counts the pages viewed and the clicks made, without recognising you from one page to the next. If you accept cookies, PostHog sets a cookie on 3dsp.ch, so it can follow one visit across 3dsp.ch and store.3dsp.ch, and records the session (what is shown on screen and where you click) to help us improve the site. What you type in forms is never recorded. If you decline, nothing is stored and nothing is recorded. Your choice itself is kept in a cookie for a year; you can change it at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.

Visits are also counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies, does not identify or follow individual visitors, and reports only aggregate figures such as page views and loading times.

Some videos on the application pages are hosted on YouTube/Vimeo. They load only when you click play; from then on that provider may process your data. One value is stored in your browser (which of the two opening videos was shown last) so the next visit starts with the other one. It never leaves your device. The store keeps your cart and favorites in your browser in the same way.

Fonts

All fonts are served from this site. No requests are made to third-party font services.

Forms

When you send a form on this site (contact, sample order, pre-order, review or feedback), the details you enter are sent to us by email through Brevo (France), which stores data in the EU. We use them only to answer you or handle your request, and keep them for as long as the correspondence requires. If you prefer not to use a form, write to hello@3dsp.ch.

Newsletter and store news

When you sign up for the newsletter or for news from the store, or tick the box in a form, your email address, and your name and the collections you picked if you give them, are stored with Brevo (France), which sends our emails. Data is stored in the EU. Brevo first sends you an email to confirm; you are added only once you click the link in it. We use your details only to send you what you signed up for. Every email has a link to unsubscribe, and you can also ask us to remove you at hello@3dsp.ch.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time by email. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, if you are in the EU, with your local data protection authority.
